13a copy of the report under this subsection to the governor, and to the legislature under

24separate account for each revenue source for broadcasting station WHA and for
25WHA-TV which permits identification of the functions or activities for which

1expenditures are made. The board of regents shall maintain annual records of its
2expenditures for programming purposes by type of programming and by source of
3revenue.

1assist in paying the costs associated with the student's study abroad if the student
2satisfies all of the following criteria:
AB133-ASA1,508,4 3(1) The student demonstrates financial need for the grant, as determined by
4the board.
AB133-ASA1,508,6 5(2) The student is enrolled full-time in the system in the semester preceding
6the student's study abroad.
AB133-ASA1,508,8 7(3) The student is enrolled in a program leading to an associate or bachelor's
8degree.
AB133-ASA1, s. 895t 9Section 895t. 38.04 (10) (d) of the statutes is created to read:
AB133-ASA1,508,1410 38.04 (10) (d) 1. In consultation with representatives of business and labor, the
11board shall develop a separate approval process for district board proposals to
12purchase or construct facilities to be used as applied technology centers under s.
1338.15 (3) (c). The board may not approve a proposal unless the board determines that

16of jobs in the region served by the center that require a high level of skill and provide

21the direct costs of operating the center and at least 20% of the indirect costs of

23capital costs of the center.

25operating, and annually thereafter by December 1, the district board shall report to
